Alipon ordered the assassinations of Mely Carvajal, Leon Arcillas, Boyie Gomez, Jensen Cristobal and Raul Aala and also the failed attempt to assassinate Joey Catindig. You have heard that said Manuel "Judas" Gonzales "Satan-Worshiper" Alipon is accused of hatching this devious plot to set up a false vendetta of Arcillas clan versus Catindig clan over several years so that he could finally sneak through and hijack the mayoralty of Santa Rosa while the city's two major political families were falsely diverted by Manoy Alipon to spend their time and resources blaming and attacking each other. But now at last the truth is out. The Bible tells us that the truth will set us free. This truth has now set us free, and this freedom has now given us the opportunity to send Manoy Alipon back to his natural environment where he can wallow in the filth and excrement of his immoralities and corruptions. Let him seek forgiveness for his multitudinous sins against God, against Sta. Rosa and against his own family. This is not for us to give. It can only come from God. Our purpose is to protect our city and its people from the damage and disaster that Manuel 'Manoy' Alipon brings to us since making himself Vice Mayor with buying votes and falsifying election results in 2007.

There's no need to ever fear that Manuel Manoy Alipon's spies may be watching, because our first-tier spies are watching also and our second-tier spies are watching his spies. Our third-tier is that many of Alipon's spies are secretly working for CACOMA (Campaign Against Corruption Of Manoy Alipon) in Alipon's ignorance.

THEY REPLACED HIM WITH A YOUNGER MAN, ARNEL DC GOMEZ, WHO IS A CITY VICE MAYOR OF GENUINE FAITH, INTEGRITY AND HONOR. WITHOUT ALIPON'S ADULTERIES, GRAFTS, CORRUPTIONS, EXTORTIONS, PLUNDERS AND ARMED ROBBERIES, FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES WILL NOW FIND THAT SANTA ROSA CITY PROPER WILL AT LAST BECOME A HEALTHY PLACE TO LIVE, WORK, STUDY, PLAY AND PROSPER.
